How can I subscribe?

Register your Flex board

You need to register your Flex board in the “My boards” page, by clicking on the “Add new board” button.

Step 2

Upgrade your board

Go to the board details page for your Flex board and click on the “Upgrade” button. Select the billing frequency, then pay easily using any debit or credit card of your choice in a safe and secure way.

No, Scolia Home FLEX is not an installment payment. It’s important to note that FLEX is a subscription-based service for unlimited use, and you will need to maintain an active subscription for as long as you wish to use the system in an unlimited way. The subscription fee is recurring and provides you with uninterrupted access to the Scolia Home FLEX board and its features. You can choose to subscribe or unsubscribe at your convenience, but please be aware that unsubscribing will result in the monthly throw limit being enforced if you do not have an active subscription.

The Unlimited Plan subscriptions of the Scolia Home FLEX boards correspond to the Scolia systems themselves and not the users. Once a Scolia Home FLEX system is upgraded to Unlimited Plan, it can be used by any number of users for an unlimited number of throws.

You can continue and finish your game if you reach the monthly throw limit, but you will not be able to start a new game for the rest of the month unless you subscribe for an Unlimited Plan. You will receive a notification when approaching your monthly throw limit. The counter resets on the first day of the following month.

Darts throws that are included in your monthly throws:

  • All the darts you or other users and guests throw during a Scolia game (local, online or tournament) or a Scolia Quick Practice game
  • The darts you throw on GoDartsPro.com and My Dart Training
Darts throws that are NOT included in your monthly throws:
  • The darts you throw during a paused game or during warm-up
  • Darts thrown by computer opponents

Yes, you can always cancel your subscription on your “My Boards” page. Your limitless access to the platform will remain active until the end of the period of your last payment. We do not provide any refunds for premature termination of subscriptions. You can find our refund policy in our EULA.

The Scolia Home FLEX product has a blue processing unit. Always verify the processing unit’s color before purchasing to ensure it matches the advertised version.

Yes, the subscription of the Scolia Home FLEX board will remain active until the end of the period of your last payment. However, if the new owner would like to keep the Scolia Home Flex board in the Unlimited Plan, he or she must initiate a new subscription after the termination of your own subscription.

There is no limitation on the number of users who can use a single FLEX board. However, all users’ throws contribute to the same monthly throw limit.

No. Regular Scolia Home systems can be used without any subscription fees for an unlimited number of throws.
